VeriFi Stays certificates and downloadable badges cryptographically verify a property's network download throughput, upload throughput, ping latency, and packet jitter at the exact date and timestamp recorded on the certificate. Similar to a vehicle MOT inspection, VeriFi Stays does not control local Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and does not guarantee uninterrupted future ISP uptime, router power, or bandwidth availability after the audit timestamp.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, digital content supplied immediately via instant License Key provisioning is exempt from the 14-day statutory cooling-off refund period once the customer consents to immediate digital delivery at checkout and the License Key is generated. Monthly (£15/mo) and Annual (£99/yr) subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
We collect host names, email addresses, property cities, and masked Wi-Fi SSIDs solely to provision cryptographic certificates, display verified properties in the VeriFi Directory, forward nomad booking inquiries, and send quota/certificate renewal notifications.
